We’re excited to share a quick update: USI Wisconsin will soon be operating under a new name — OA.net! This change comes as our USI Minnesota counterpart has recently been acquired. While the name and branding will look different over time, we’re still the same local team, providing the same fast, reliable service you count on every day.
Our Minnesota counterpart has been acquired, and as part of that transition, USI Fiber Wisconsin will be rebranding to OA.net. Over the next few months, you will start to see our new name and logo on our website, social media sites, billing and communications from us.
No! You will continue to receive the same speed, reliability, and customer service. As your account is rebranded to OA.net, there will be no changes made to your service or rate. If we plan to make any changes at any time, we will contact you prior to implementing those changes.
There’s nothing you need to do right now. In the near future, we’ll be launching a new website along with a new URL, and updating our billing system. The customer portal and website will both have a fresh new look. We’ll share all the details — including the new URL — as soon as they’re ready, and we’ll make the transition as easy as possible for you.
For now, there will be no immediate changes to how you pay your bill. As we move further along with our transition to OA.net, there will be updates to our billing and customer portal. But we will let you know when that happens and guide you through the process.
